Honda Cars India has officially launched the all-new Honda ZR-V Hybrid in the country at an introductory ex-showroom price of ₹47.99 lakh. Positioned as the flagship SUV of the brand, the ZR-V arrives as a Completely Built Unit (CBU) import from Japan and is offered in a single, fully loaded variant featuring the strong hybrid technology of Honda.

The premium SUV sits above the Honda Elevate in the lineup of the company and is aimed at buyers who are looking for a sophisticated, fuel-efficient alternative in the premium SUV segment. The ZR-V rivals models such as the Volkswagen Tiguan R-Line, Skoda Kodiaq, and Toyota Camry on pricing while providing the renowned hybrid powertrain of Honda

Under the hood, the Honda ZR-V is powered by a 2.0-litre e: HEV strong-hybrid petrol engine paired with an e-CVT automatic transmission. The system produces 181 bhp and 315 Nm of torque, while delivering an ARAI-certified fuel efficiency of 22.8 kmpl, which makes it one of the most efficient premium SUVs in its class.

On the design front, the ZR-V features a sleek yet sporty appearance with a bold front grille, LED lighting, 18-inch alloy wheels, and a premium road presence. Inside, the cabin provides leather upholstery, ventilated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, dual-zone climate control, a large infotainment touchscreen, a digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone connectivity, and a 12-speaker Bose sound system.

Safety is another highlight of the SUV. Honda has equipped the ZR-V with its Honda SENSING suite of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), along with multiple airbags, a 360-degree camera, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, collision mitigation braking, and several other active safety technologies.

Bookings for the Honda ZR-V are now open across dealerships, with deliveries expected to commence shortly. With its premium hybrid powertrain, extensive feature list, and advanced safety package, the ZR-V strengthens the presence of Honda in the growing premium SUV market in India.
