Radhika Merchant’s Pink Kanjeevaram Saree Steals the Spotlight
The custom saree is crafted from handwoven Kanjeevaram silk and comes in a striking jewel pink shade. Gold zari is woven throughout the fabric, while delicate motifs add detail to the body. The borders feature heavier decoration, giving the saree a defined and luxurious finish.
The combination of pink silk and gold zari gives the ensemble a regal appearance, while the carefully arranged drape allows the craftsmanship to remain the focus.
Antique Gold Marodi and Zardozi Detailing
Adding to the richness of the saree are the antique gold marodi embroidery and complex zardozi highlights. The pallu features a broad, heavily embellished border with curling motifs and fine detailing, creating a dramatic effect as it falls across the front.
The matching blouse continues the same pink and gold colour palette. Its shoulders and short sleeves are covered in detailed embroidery, which creates a seamless connection between the blouse and saree.
Statement Jewellery Completes the Look
