At a trailer launch built around a story of secrets, suspicion and carefully held appearances, Shriya Saran arrived in a look that made a case for something quieter: glamour with restraint. At the Drishyam 3: The Conclusion trailer launch in Goa, Saran wore an ivory satin gown by Gauri & Nainika, choosing sculptural draping and delicate embellishment over the kind of high-impact styling usually associated with film promotions. The result was polished, feminine and striking without trying too hard.
The launch itself marked the return of the franchise’s familiar cast, with Ajay Devgn, Tabu, Shriya Saran, Rajat Kapoor and Ishita Dutta joined by Jaideep Ahlawat and Prakash Raj. Directed by Abhishek Pathak, Drishyam: The Conclusion is scheduled to release on October 2, 2026, and continues the story of Vijay Salgaonkar and his family.
Shriya Saran’s Gauri & Nainika Gown Finds Beauty in the Details

The gown’s appeal lies in its construction. Ivory satin gives it a fluid, almost liquid finish, while the fitted shape keeps the overall line clean. A softly gathered cowl neckline breaks up the sharper silhouette, creating movement around the décolletage rather than relying on dramatic cut-outs or excessive volume.
Then come the details. Crystal floral motifs trace the front of the gown, interspersed with pearls that lend the otherwise sleek look a jewellery-like finish. The embellishment is concentrated rather than scattered, which is precisely why it works. Against the plain satin, each small detail becomes more visible.
A Softer Kind of Red-Carpet Dressing

Saran kept everything else deliberately pared back. White pointed stilettos extended the monochrome line, while understated jewellery, luminous makeup and swept-back hair left the neckline unobstructed.
Something is refreshing about the restraint. The gown doesn’t compete with the occasion or attempt to turn a promotional appearance into a full red-carpet spectacle. Instead, its appeal comes from the contrast between the sculpted silhouette and the softness of the drape, with the crystal florals providing just enough sparkle.
For a film franchise returning with its final chapter, Saran’s fashion choice offered a different kind of continuity: familiar glamour, but with a cleaner, more considered point of view. As Drishyam 3 brings its long-running mystery back into the spotlight, her ivory Gauri & Nainika look quietly made their own impression.
