Kawasaki has launched the 2027 Ninja 500 in India at an ex-showroom price of Rs 5.76 lakh. The latest model year brings a fresh colour scheme, while the motorcycle retains the same design, engine, and mechanical package as before.
New Lime Green Colour
The biggest update for the 2027 Kawasaki Ninja 500 is its new Lime Green paint scheme. The Indian version is available in a single colour, featuring the signature green finish of Kawasaki along with contrasting white and blue graphics.
The motorcycle retains its aggressive styling, including twin LED headlamps, a muscular fuel tank and a sharp rear section.
Same 451cc Twin Cylinder Engine
Powering the Ninja 500 is the familiar 451cc liquid-cooled parallel twin engine. It produces 44.77bhp and 42.6Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox and gets an assist and slipper clutch.
The motorcycle continues to use a telescopic front fork and a rear monoshock. Braking duties are handled by disc brakes at both ends
Price and Competition
The 2027 Kawasaki Ninja 500 is priced at Rs 5.76 lakh ex-showroom in India, which is unchanged from the previous model. With no major mechanical updates, Kawasaki has focused on refreshing the motorcycle’s appearance for the new model year.
The Ninja 500 continues to sit in the middleweight sportbike segment, offering a balance of performance, everyday usability and Kawasaki’s distinctive Ninja styling. The new Lime Green finish is likely to appeal to buyers looking for a more traditional Kawasaki appearance.
With its unchanged price and proven 451cc engine, the 2027 Ninja 500 remains an option for riders seeking a premium middleweight motorcycle in India.
