This theme means AI is a tool that is for the welfare and happiness for all. The summit showcased real-world impact rather than focusing only on theoretical risks that often dominate global conversations.
- Global Commitments: Investments & Infrastructure
- The Indian government announced plans to add 20,000+ GPUs to its compute portal.
- Microsoft reaffirmed its goal to invest $50 billion by 2030 to bring AI to lower-income nations.
- India formally joined the US-led Pax Silica alliance, focusing on AI supply chain security and semiconductor resilience.
- Upcoming Technology Launched and Showcased
In this event, different Indian companies and international participation as well. Some of the launches:
- BharatGen Param2: A government-backed 17-billion parameter model supporting 22 Indian languages.
- Sarvam AI Models: New large language models (up to 105-billion parameters) and Kaze smartglasses (multimodal hardware).
- Indigenously Developed Air Taxi: An AI-powered e-VTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft was showcased, which was designed for urban travel without runways.
